At Luxe Research, we stand behind the efficacy of our formulas; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
